Self-Discovery Seminars meditation instruction is always free. No charge is made to meditators, However, donations for our weekly Free meditation classes are always welcome to help cover some of our costs (room rentals, advertising).
If you've taken one of our classes and feel you've benefited from it and would like to see more people learn about meditation practice.
